The plain-English rules for using this site.
These terms cover levelupmakers.com and the manual Level Up: Make Your First Game with AI (together, "Level Up Makers", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. Who we are
Level Up Makers publishes the manual. Contact: thedrop@mail.grokbot.com.
2. The free chapter
Level 1 is free to read and print for your own family. Please don't repost it or resell it. The rest of the manual is not finished.
3. Paid editions
The full manual and the parent-and-student bundle are marked coming soon. They are not on sale, and this site has no checkout. Planned prices on the homepage can change before launch. Level Up 2 and Level Up 3 are coming soon, and they do not have prices yet. When something is actually for sale, these terms will say who handles payment before you can buy.
4. Who the manual is for
A parent or guardian runs the lessons. Students ages 9–13 can read Level 1 with a grown-up nearby. AI help stays on the grown-up's account. The student does not need an account for the first tool.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site. No spam, no malware, and no attempts to break in or overload it.
6. Our content
The site's text, design, and the name Level Up Makers belong to us. You can quote a short passage with a link back. Please don't copy the manual and publish it as your own.
7. No warranty
The site and the free chapter are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. MakeCode Arcade, Godot, and any AI chat tool belong to their own makers and can change.
8. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the item involved in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing is for sale yet, so that amount may be zero. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
9. Earlier Loot Drop products
The Drop, the Armory, and Respawn are no longer offered here. Archived copies may still be on the site for reference. They are not current products. If you bought something under the old terms, those terms still cover that order.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top is the latest version. A change does not rewrite an order that was already placed.
