Privacy policy
What we collect, why, and how to ask us to delete it.
Level Up Makers ("we", "us") runs levelupmakers.com. The site is a parent-run manual, Level Up: Make Your First Game with AI. We collect as little as we can, we never sell personal data, and you can email thedrop@mail.grokbot.com about anything we do hold.
1. What we collect and why
- The public pages. The homepage and the free Level 1 chapter have no forms. They do not ask for a name, an email, or an account.
- Email you send us. If you write to us, we keep that message so we can reply.
- Server logs. GitHub Pages hosts this site and may keep basic technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, to run and protect the site.
2. Services that process data for us
- GitHub Pages hosts the website.
Nothing on this site is for sale yet. When a paid edition launches, this page will name the checkout provider before a parent can buy.
3. Cookies and tracking
These pages do not use advertising cookies, analytics, or other trackers. If that ever changes, we will update this page first.
4. What we never do
- Sell or rent personal data.
- Ask a student to make their own account for this manual.
- Knowingly collect a child's name, email, photo, school, location, voice, or other personal information.
5. How long we keep it
Email you send us is kept so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation. You can ask us to delete it.
6. Your choices and rights
Email thedrop@mail.grokbot.com to ask us to show, correct, or delete personal data. We'll reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or California law), you may have additional rights, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
7. Children
Level Up Makers is written for parents and guardians. The free chapter is written for students ages 9–13 to read with a grown-up. A parent runs any AI help on the parent's own account. These pages have no forms, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
Earlier Loot Drop pages (The Drop, the Armory, and Respawn) were for adults. They are archived, they are not part of the current site, and they are marked so search engines should skip them. If you joined an old list and want off it, email us.
8. Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top.
