Nothing is for sale yet. Earlier orders still have a way to ask.
Nothing on Level Up Makers is for sale yet, so there is no current order to refund. Level 1 is free to read and print.
When paid editions launch
The full manual and the parent-and-student bundle are coming soon. Before they go on sale, this page will say how refunds work and who processes the payment. Level Up 2 and Level Up 3 do not have prices yet.
Earlier Loot Drop orders
Armory packs and Respawn fixes used to be sold through Lemon Squeezy. If you need help with one of those orders, email thedrop@mail.grokbot.com with your order number. We'll follow the refund rules that were posted when you bought: 14 days for a paid Armory pack, and no fix, no fee for a Respawn job. The free Starter Loadout had no charge.

Email us and we'll reply within 3 business days. This page doesn't limit rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
